You can book directly through our website by visiting the Rates & Availability page and selecting your preferred dates. Alternatively, contact us via email or WhatsApp and our team will assist you with the reservation.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings. Atlantic Heritage Unipessoal LDA reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) processed securely through Stripe, direct bank transfers, and cash payments upon arrival. A 50% deposit of the total balance is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by the arrival date.

Cancellations or modifications made 90 days or more before the arrival date can be made at no cost. Cancellations or modifications made within 90 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation price. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges — please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

The property includes a heated infinity pool, indoor jacuzzi, 4 en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, telescope, outdoor gym, fire pit, hammock areas, garden shelters, high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, premium toiletries, luxury linens, and daily breakfast service.

Yes, the infinity pool is heated throughout the year, allowing you to enjoy it regardless of the season. The pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable level for swimming.

The property is located in the historic village of Criação Velha in Madalena, on Pico, Azores. It sits within a UNESCO World Heritage vineyard landscape with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Faial Island.

Pico has its own airport with regular flights from Lisbon and other Azorean islands via SATA Azores Airlines. You can also take the Atlânticoline ferry from Faial (Horta), which takes approximately 30 minutes.

We highly recommend renting a car to explore Pico at your own pace. The island has limited public transportation. We can help arrange car rental for you before your arrival.

Pico Island offers a wealth of activities including whale and dolphin watching, diving, hiking Mount Pico (the highest peak in Portugal), vineyard tours, visiting lava caves, natural swimming pools, and exploring the Whaling Museum. Our personal assistant can help arrange all activities.

The property is set on a single main level with step-free access to the main living areas, kitchen, and one ground-floor bedroom. The pool area is accessible via a gentle slope. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
